1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing socialvizion.com, creating an order, or making a payment, you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all applicable United Kingdom laws. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bhandari Global Ltd. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
SocialVizion provides a digital advisory and consulting service in the form of a personalized "Profile Growth Report." This report includes recommendations on profile photo strategy, username optimization, bio writing, and a growth roadmap. The service is entirely digital and delivered via email within 72 hours of payment and quiz completion.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from this Platform. By proceeding to payment, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Use of the Platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
4. Ordering Process
(1) You enter your Instagram account URL. (2) You provide your name and email. (3) You complete payment in USD (inclusive of any applicable taxes). (4) You complete a short onboarding form. (5) Your transformation materials are prepared and delivered to your registered email within 72 hours.
5. Pricing and Taxes
All prices are quoted and charged in United States Dollars (USD). The current pricing is US$17 for the digital eBook and US$34 for the Full Service, inclusive of any applicable taxes. Bhandari Global Ltd is responsible for applicable tax compliance. Prices may change at any time but changes will not affect completed orders.
6. Delivery
Your Profile Growth Report will be delivered digitally to the email address you provide at checkout within 72 hours of completed payment and quiz submission. If you do not receive your report within 72 hours, contact sukriitbhandari@gmail.com immediately.
7. No Guarantee of Results
The report provides advisory recommendations only. Bhandari Global Ltd does not guarantee any specific follower count increase, engagement rate, or commercial outcome as a result of following the report's recommendations. Results depend entirely on the User's own actions.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on socialvizion.com including text, design, graphics, logos, and the format of delivered reports is the exclusive property of Bhandari Global Ltd and protected under United Kingdom copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without prior written consent.
9. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the Platform; misrepresent your identity or provide false information; resell or redistribute the report commercially; or use the Platform in a manner that could damage its reputation or infrastructure.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by United Kingdom law, Bhandari Global Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service or inability to access the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom.
12. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on socialvizion.com with a revised effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
