Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Nature of Service

SocialVizion delivers a digital advisory report. Once the report preparation process begins (immediately after quiz completion), significant manual and automated effort is invested. Therefore, our refund policy reflects the digital and time-sensitive nature of this service.

2. Cancellation Before Quiz Completion

If you have completed payment but have NOT yet submitted the 4-question onboarding quiz, you may request a full cancellation and refund within 1 hour of payment by emailing sukriitbhandari@gmail.com with your order ID and registered email. We will process the refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

3. No Refund After Quiz Submission

Once you have submitted the onboarding quiz, report preparation begins immediately. No refund will be issued after this point, as the digital service has commenced. This is consistent with the exception under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 for digital services that have begun with user consent.

4. Non-Delivery Refund

If your report is not delivered to your registered email within 72 hours of quiz completion, you are entitled to a full refund. To claim this, email sukriitbhandari@gmail.com with subject "Non-Delivery Refund – [Order ID]" within 7 days of payment. We will investigate and, if confirmed, process a full refund within 5–7 business days.

5. Incorrect Email Address

If you provided an incorrect email address and the report was sent to that address, this does not qualify as non-delivery. Please ensure your email is correct before completing payment. You may contact support to update your email before quiz submission.

6. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, please contact Sukriit Bhandari at sukriitbhandari@gmail.com. We will attempt to resolve all disputes within 14 business days. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of London, United Kingdom courts under United Kingdom law.

7. Chargeback Policy

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our customer support is a violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks where service has been delivered as described.

8. Refund Processing

All approved refunds are returned to the original payment method (card or wallet) within 5–10 business days. Processing timelines may vary by issuing bank.
